What role do Southern Hemisphere high cultures play in the evolution of consciousness?

This series of lectures is relevant to anyone who wishes to understand the earth as a whole organism, not just people in the southern hemisphere!

Rudolf Steiner’s Seven Post-Atlantic cultural Epochs are located in the Mesopotamian Cradle. There are other cultures in the world that also play a role in guiding humanity. For example the emergence of the Mexican culture. But what of others: Australian, South American, African and Polynesian?
