Data collection when you visit our website

Data collection when you use the Contact Us or Enquiries About Membership forms

When you contact us directly using the Contact Us or Enquiries forms on the website, personal data is collected. This data is stored and used for the purpose of answering your request, for establishing contact. The relevant data, such as your name, email and request, are then passed on to the appropriate person i.e. a state branch coordinator or membership contact.

Currently, all forms data goes first to the website manager and the general secretary of the ASinA before being passed on.

We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters or information about activities or events, if requested.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use cookies to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
