A mid-winter series of contemplations

on aspects of death and the threshold

Learning what to expect when we cross the threshold of death. How sleep and meditation prepare us for the journey in the spiritual world.

This is a 45 minute contemplation taking place each day from 7.00 pm -7.45 pm AEST (with fifteen minutes conversation at the end of each evening.)

In each session there will be a 45 minute consideration of the themes, which will complement each other and set a mood of soul for participants to work with over the ensuing night and day. The final minutes of the session will be for any further considerations and nuances that will help grow the work over the mid-winter season to prepare our inner transformation to the threshold. The hope is that each day will have the nurturing aspect of a retreat for resetting our soul for the rest of the year.
