Birgith Lugosi, eurythmist and educator, co- founded, with Karl Kaltenbach and Burnum Burnum, Aurora Australis, the Anthroposophical College of the Arts, in Melbourne, offering the Orientation Year in Anthroposophy with sculpture, painting and eurythmy. Two years later, the 4 years full time Melbourne Eurythmy training began. The diploma is recognised in Dornach, is internationally recognised and the students are able to teach all around the world. In her Courses Birgith has engaged eurythmists from overseas and Australia, and has presented her Eurythmy Graduates at the graduation performances at the Goetheanum.

Birgith was the main teacher and artistic director of the College for many years and also completed the curative eurythmy training in England in 2003. She is also co-founder of the Eurythmy Guild in Victoria which later expanded into a Eurythmy Section, (vocational field), of work and which was actively incorporated within the School of Spiritual Science in Australia.

Birgith also founded The House of Fairy Tales in Melbourne for children and classes.
