This therapeutic painting intensive evokes the breathing cycle of the year’s seasonal changes through colour, gesture and meditative verse.

Based on a classic Hauschka therapy exercise Painting as an Exercise for Breathing, this online workshop is an immersive, deeply healing experience of the power of the health-giving forces of the earth’s harmonious breath.

Flowing, breathing colours are highly beneficial for revitalising the burnt-out soul. Find renewal in this special guided intensive over four late afternoons. From Summer’s light, we dive down into the warmth and sleep of Autumn and Winter, before emerging into the life and light of Spring.

Who is it for?

For anyone in need of soul nourishment and renewal. Particularly suited for conditions of insomnia, depression, burnout and long covid.

You do not need to be an experienced artist to participate in this workshop. Participants are guided through the experience with demonstrations.

Online guided exercises and contemplation interspersed with working quietly in the comfort of your home with the company of an Australia-wide community.
