SUMMARY:The Empty Tomb
DESCRIPTION: \nAn Easter Sunday Pictorial Contemplation\nWith artist and phenomenologist Fiona Campbell \n  \nThis Easter Sunday afternoon webinar ponders the significance of the empty tomb for apostles Peter\, John and Thomas in light of their special destinies. \n  \nSt John’s Gospel provides us with unique portrayals of the apostles through descriptive scenes that hold keys to their particular paths through discipleship before and after the Resurrection. There is much about these three individualities that is significant for us today. \nUsing the paintings of two modern masters\, Fiona Campbell will lead us through a contemplation of their artworks using an immersive form of phenomenological observation called ‘beholding’ that allows us to experience an artwork from within it.  \nSuggested reading: John 20 \nRegistration \nRegister here! \nPayment and Registration Details \nAfter registration\, participants will be sent the Zoom link one (1) hour beforehand. \nPlease login for the webinar via the Zoom app and not via Eventbrite. \nA recording of the webinar will be available. \nCost: $20 or a donation of your choice is much appreciated. \nDate: 5.00pm – 6.39pm AEsT\, Sunday 17th April 2022 \nPresenter: Dr Fiona Campbell teaches interdisciplinary research training\, communications and consciousness studies. She has a special interest in Goethean phenomenology and creative thinking. She is also a professional artist\, trained at Tobias School of Art and Therapy in England in visual arts and artistic therapy. She has been painting and pondering the Easter theme for over 20 years.  \nFor more information \nPlease see the flyer or contact Fiona Campbell
