DESCRIPTION: \n\nA pictorial contemplation of the Annunciation \nfor 4th Sunday in Advent\nWith artist and phenomenologist Fiona Campbell \n  \nLet’s contemplate together Mary’s wonder as she receives the message from the Angel Gabriel of the impossible gift that is to be bestowed upon her. \n  \nThis Advent webinar features the icons of contemporary Ukrainian artist Ivanka Demchuk Using wonder as our gateway\, the workshop uses a phenomenological approach to art contemplation that combines perception with contemplation. \nSuggested reading: Luke 1:26–38 \n  \nRegistration \nRegister here! \nPayment and Registration Details \nAfter registration\, participants will be sent the Zoom link one (1) hour beforehand. \nPlease login for the webinar via the Zoom app and not via Eventbrite. \nA recording of the webinar will be available. \nCost: $20 or a donation of your choice is much appreciated. \nDate: 5.00pm – 6.15pm AEDT\, Sunday 18th December 2022 \nPresenter: Dr Fiona Campbell trained at Tobias School of Art and Transpersonal Studies in England in visual arts and artistic therapy. She later undertook formal training in phenomenology at the University of Technology Sydney\, for her doctorate and uses this methodology to find new ways for the modern person to approach both art and nature.  \nShe has been painting and pondering on the theme of the Virgin Mary for over 20 years.
