SUMMARY:The Illumination: A Pictorial Contemplation for Easter
DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn online contemplation exploring the phenomenon of light in the darkness\, as experienced by the disciples on the path from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday.\nUsing the paintings of modern masters\, artist Fiona Campbell leads this art contemplation using a special form of phenomenological observation called beholding that allows us to experience an artwork from within it. \nSuggested reading: St John Chap. 13\, St Luke Chap 24. \nWhen \nDate: 9th April 2023\nTime: 5.00pm – 6.15pm AEST \nCost \n$20 donation or amount of your choice is much appreciated. \nFor more information \nPlease contact Fiona Campbell  \nHow to register \nRegister here \nAfter registration\, participants will be sent the Zoom link by email two (2) days beforehand\, and then again one (1) hour beforehand. \nPlease login for the webinar via your Zoom app and not via Eventbrite. \nAbout the presenter \nDr Fiona Campbell is an artist\, lecturer and phenomenologist with a special interest in the Goethean approach. Out of her research and practice\, she has developed a form of Goethean observation called beholding which is especially suited to the deep contemplation of artworks. \nTrained at Tobias School of Art and Therapy in England and UTS in Communications\, she has been painting and researching the Easter theme for over 20 years.
