SUMMARY:Social Threefolding Talk
DESCRIPTION:Social Threefolding: What factors are preventing it from taking hold in our society today? During 2017 and 2018 Michael embarked on several tours to different parts of the world with a two-person play that showed how Steiner released into 1917 Germany his blueprint of a plan that could rescue that country from the devastation she was in. The play was historical but pointed to our own time\, 100 years later. The culmination of this effort was two three-month tours of an America\, deeply divided and uncertain whether it would go the way of a second Civil War or a second War of Independence. Michael brings some insights from these two tours and looks at what we can do today\, both in the realm of our outer activity and in an inner awakening of independent thought in the spirit of “ethical individualism” and Steiner’s Philosophy of Freedom.  A talk with Michael Burton starting at 7pm at Rudolf Steiner House.
